Subsidiary to the core services, we provide a multitude of other services which includes:

• Secretarial – Services of this nature are provided to assist clients meet statutory requirements and maintenance of minutes of meetings and verification of implementation thereof, and other related Commercial Code requirements.
• Training – advice on training programme particularly for the finance and accounting personnel;
• Investigations – this includes review of profitability, cash flow statements, valuation of business, working capital management and fraud investigations;
• Staff recruitment – this includes assisting management to recruit, particularly for accounting functions, and advice on terms of engagement.
